In the context of the era of big data,big data mining technology can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional field investigation methods,achieve a large amount of data collection,and ensure the continuity and authenticity of data.Therefore,using the activity path of tourists to explore the landscape preferences,time and space behavior and impact mechanism of tourists in the scenic area,to understand the real needs of tourists,is of great significance to the planning and design of the scenic spot,visitor management,product optimization and marketing.This paper takes the Wulingyuan Scenic Area as the research area,and takes 270 effective trajectories,5206 tourist photos and related text annotation information obtained from the two-step platform from November 2014 to November 2018 as research data,and statistics on tourist data by year,the content analysis method is used to analyze the tourists'landscape preferences for the tourist photos of quota sampling,and the tracking analysis method and nuclear density analysis method are used to spatially analyze the distribution of tourist photographs and sightseeing trajectories.The results show that:(1)Tourist tourism photos show that Wulingyuan Scenic Spot is dominated by sightseeing tourism products,and cultural experience products are not attractive enough.Specifically,natural scenery is the most preferred landscape category,while tourists pay little attention to cultural landscape.(2)There is a inconsistency between the tourist's landscape preference and the expert's landscape quality evaluation.The specific performance is that tourists think the landscape quality is very good,but also the experts landscape quality evaluation of high places,such as The first bridge in the world,JinbianStream,Wulongzhai,etc.,and some experts believe that the place with good quality of the landscape has not yet been able to Resonate with tourists,such as Black spruce brain,Chinese dovecote,and Chaotian temple.(3)With the change of time,the hot spots formed by tourists in the scenic spot have spread on the original basis,Specifically,from 2014 to 2015,there were only two hot spots in the scenic area,namely JinbianStream and Wulongzhai.In 2018,there will be five hot spots,namely Huangshizhai,JinbianStream,Wulongzhai,The first bridge in the world and Helong Park,reflecting the changing landscape preferences of tourists.(4)The coverage of the tourist trajectory is far greater than the range of activities included in the travel agency design route.Among them,the big ring line formed by tourists is:Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Management Office--Huangshizhai Scenic Area--JinbianStream Scenic Area--Yuanjiajie Scenic Area--Wulongzhai--Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area--Shili Gallery Scenic Area--Suoxi Lake,and the travel route designed by the travel agency is:Bailong Elevator--Yuanjiajie Scenic Area--Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area--Shili Gallery Scenic Spot,indicating that the travel patterns of tourists are changing,compared with group tour tourists,they are more inclined to self-help tour,which fully reflects the choice of tourists and the diversity of needs.Based on the knowledge of the landscape preferences and spatial and temporal distribution of Wulingyuan Scenic Spot,this paper puts forward the following four suggestions:(1)Wulingyuan Scenic Area should increase the promotion of human resources while taking protective measures for natural resources.(2)For high-value tourist attractions that tourists or experts believe,we should increase propaganda and improve the corresponding interpretation system.(3)Strengthen the construction and improvement of infrastructure in the hot spots formed by tourists,and adhering to the principle of "comfort,clean and safe" to create an environment suitable for tourists.(4)In response to the autonomous choice and diversified needs of tourists,Wulingyuan Scenic Spot should be market-oriented with the needs of tourists,and marketable new tourism products should be marketed to win the wide recognition of tourists at all levels.
