Current Situation Analysis And Development Strategy Of Information Platform For Grass-roots Agricultural Extension

In the past five years,informatization has achieved unprecedented development in the fields of manufacturing and service industries.However,the process of agricultural informatization has been developing very slowly.Agricultural informatization as a bridge connecting agricultural markets and agricultural production is a new agricultural science and technology achievement.An important tool for rapid transformation,the degree of agricultural informatization is closely related to the quality of farmers.In order to move from the traditional agricultural era to the modern agricultural era,China's agricultural development must vigorously develop agricultural information construction.At present,China has made great breakthroughs in the construction of agricultural information platform.However,compared with developed countries in the West,our agricultural informatization level is still very low.There is still a low penetration rate of Internet platforms.All relevant departments have their own platforms.There is serious information homogeneity and low efficiency of platform collaborative management.And the government does not pay much attention to the issue,the grassroots information platform can not fully meet the production needs of agricultural producers.The paper takes the construction of Wafangdian City's grassroots information platform as the research object,and has visited five townships such as Jiulong Street,Zhaoyi Township,Wanjialing Town,Hongyanhe Town and Fuzhou Town of Wafangdian City,and passed the grassroots questionnaire.Survey and government literature research methods to obtain relevant theoretical data reference,and personally experience the Wafangdian City localized agricultural information service website mainly including"Dalian Wafangdian","Wafangdian Agriculture-Smart Agricultural Technology Promotion Platform","Wafangdian Agricultural Information Network" and "Wafangdian Agricultural Products Trading Network" attempted to put forward the development strategy of Wafangdian City agricultural information platform through the status quo and constraints of the construction of agricultural information platform in Wafangdian City.It will play a certain role in promoting and perfecting the construction of agricultural information platform in Wafangdian City.Through in-depth investigations on the Internet platform,SMS platform,telephone platform and TV newspapers of Wafangdian City,and 5 differentities such as Kowloon Street,Zhaoyi Township,Wanjialing Town,Hongyanhe Town and Fuzhou Town Types of townships carry out demand surveys and use relevant theories to analyze them.The author draws the following conclusions:First,the basic framework of the Wafangdian grassroots agricultural information platform has been completed,and some agricultural technology service platforms have a good intention and are worth learning.However,the popularity of the platform is still very low,the practicality is not strong,the needs of farmers have also changed,and the channels for obtaining information are diversified.The local telephone platform,SMS platform and network platform have been unable to meet the needs of agricultural production.The local information platform passed slowly from top to bottom,the information was lagging behind,and the relevant department information was not fully integrated,resulting in farmers not feeling the benefits of the local information platform;Second,the main reasons for the low penetration rate of local information platforms:the aging of rural grassroots personnel,low infrastructure,inadequate service system,insufficient government attention and serious information homogeneity;Thirdly,at the same time,the author puts forward corresponding development strategies for the development of Wafangdian City's grassroots agricultural information platform,including how to play the government's leading role and give preferential policy support;how to plan and coordinate the balanced development of urban and rural agricultural informatization;Practicality and timeliness of service;Strengthen the standardized processing and sharing of agricultural information resources;Improve the platform function;Actively introduce high-quality and high-level talents and strengthen cooperation and exchanges with advanced regional learning at home and abroad.With an open cooperation mentality,integrate social resources,jointly establish a demonstration platform,and take relevant measures to ensure that the platform is integrated online and offline,so that grassroots farmers can truly taste the sweetness of the information platform and promote the development of agricultural modernization.
