Study On Construct Supplier Management System For Commercial Aircraft Engine Main Manufacture

As an important way to enhance the comprehensive strength and scientific and technological competitiveness of country,the research and manufacturing of commercial aviation equipment has received more and more attention from the state.In order to deliver products to customers(airlines)more economically on time,the main manufacture-supplier” production system has become the mainstream trend in the commercial aviation manufacturing industry.In this mode,the main manufacturer must integrate all design and manufacturing team into a highly complex and well-organized system,to ensure the suppliers of whole design,manufacturing,delivery and maintenance is worked according to unified requirements.So,it is necessary for the master manufacturer to establish an effective supplier management system.Based on the theory of supply chain management and quality system management,this paper analyzes the internal and external requirements of supplier management of main manufacturer by using process method.According to the requirements,analyze the process activities,input,output and interrelationship of these process.Then assessed the risk of losing control of these processes by using the FMEA method,and Suggestions for supplier control plan will be put.Finally,based on the theory of quality management and supplier control plan,suggestions the framework,construction scheme and implementation of supplier management system.The main results of this paper are supplier management system of the main manufacturer-supplier production model,and conform to the internal and external demand of S company.It is hoped that this paper can provide some beneficial help for other civil aviation equipment manufacturing units to build the supplier management system.
