Study On The Operation And Management Of G Parallel Fund In Jiangxi Province Of China And Korea

Railway and other infrastructure construction investment is an important means to stimulate the economy and an important grasp of maintaining a stable economic situation.However,the huge demand for capital is also a difficult problem in the face of capital investment.Traditionally,financing by credit,BT,direct financing,PPP and other modes is heavily burdened,and it has been difficult to meet the demand for funds.Construction subjects,including local governments,urgently seek the innovative means of private equity funds.From the perspective of foreign countries,the use of private equity funds to promote industrial development is common.In recent years,China has also vigorously advocated the role of industrial funds in promoting infrastructure construction.Because of its late start,the role of China's private equity fund industry is relatively short-lived,and the financing channels of the fund are relatively limited,especially since 2017,the new regulations on the management of assets have formed a trend of strict financial regulation.Private equity funds themselves are facing great difficulties in financing.In this context,if private equity funds with industrial background want to raise and invest smoothly,they must further open their minds and seek a breakthrough in the international capital market.Parallel fund is the product of the innovation of fund structure formed under this background.Taking G parallel fund in Jiangxi Province as the case study subject,this dissertation analyses the basic methods and paths of operation and management of G parallel fund from three aspects: background,content setting and optimization promotion,in order to open up an effective way for private equity fund to participate in international competition.This paper expounds the basic theory and practical basis of parallel fund,the scheme design,feasibility and operation rules of implementing G parallel fund,and elaborates on the establishment structure,transaction arrangement,currency selection,domestic investment strategy analysis,operation highlights,overseas tax planning,exchange rate hedging and risk control means of G parallel fund.On this basis,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from four aspects: fund raising,investment,management and withdrawal,so as to improve the ability and level of fund operation and management,and provide some ideas for making good use of parallel funds to upgrade the service industry.
