Research On Operation And Management Of Private Equity Fund Of Guangdong YC Fund Company

Since China’s accession to the WTO,China’s financial market has become more and more open to the outside world,and the market competition of private equity funds has become increasingly fierce,from the initial regional competition to global competition.Private equity fund investment market can improve capital market efficiency and financing environment,so even in the period of serious economic fluctuations,private equity fund can still maintain a high growth rate.Nevertheless,private equity fund management in China is still in the initial stage of development.At present,although some experts and scholars have studied the investment management of private equity funds,the related concepts,management processes and the resulting operational problems are still quite vague,and no systematic theory has been formed.In the actual process of private equity fund investment management,many difficulties have been encountered,which has greatly hindered the development of private equity fund investment operation management.Guided by the theory of operation and management of private equity fund,this paper bases on the operation of YC Fund Company’s private equity fund,analyses its operation and management responsibilities and processes,and summarizes the achievements of operation and management of YC Fund Company from the aspects of operation and management system,management responsibility of wind control department and financial ability.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to distribute questionnaires to all members of YC Fund Company.Through statistics and summary of the results of the questionnaire survey,it analyses the operational management problems and reasons of YC Fund Company’s private equity fund personnel management ability,fund raising,fund investment,project management and fund withdrawal.Combining with the actual situation of the company,this paper puts forward five strategies to improve the operation management: improving the performance level of the company’s managers,strengthening the ability of fund raising business,scientifically evaluating investment projects,improving the management ability of invested projects and establishing a scientific withdrawal plan of funds.The research results of this paper have important practical significance for strengthening the team building of YC fund company and improving the operation and management ability of YC fund company.It can also provide reference for the operation and management of private equity fund of similar fund companies.
