Exploration On High Quality Development Path Of Facility Agriculture In Ulanhot City Of Hinggan League

Facilities agriculture refers to the environment relatively controllable conditions,the engineering technology,production of plants and animals and efficiently a way of modern agriculture,its marked characteristics is high input,high output,high effective.As a famous coal producing county,the whole social economy and industrial structure is in the critical period of transformation from industry to agriculture.Based on Ulanhot on the basis of present situation and the existing resources conditions,such as investigation,through the typical agricultural park operations in the form of case analysis,SWOT analysis,put forward constructive Suggestions to the development of facilities agriculture Ulanhot.1.The survey results show that there are some problems in the rural agricultural development of Ulanhot City,Hinggan League,such as insufficient capital investment,restricting the healthy and rapid development of facility agriculture,small scale of industrialization organization,weak market competitiveness,lack of necessary production technology and management experience,lack of professional wholesale market and marketing organization,and poor connection between production and marketing.2.Based on the current situation of the facility agricultural of Ulanhot,SWOT matrix analysis was adopted to combine the experience of domestic,foreign countries and Inner Mongolia,put forward the following countermeasures.Development layout:(1)development layout:the use of the existing developed logistics service system,reasonable allocation of resources and establish the complex park,encourage enterprises to the dominant business model for diversified investment,perfect cover the each link such as production,agricultural materials,sales of insurance system;(2)software upgrading:strengthen the training of talents,optimize the introduction of talents,and strengthen technical cooperation with universities and scientific research units;(3)market expansion:try to expand the market,develop contract farming,etc.3.Find out the bottleneck problem that restricts the healthy development of local facility agriculture through investigation,and integrate the high-yield and high-efficiency technology system of greenhouse vegetables,which provides the basis for greenhouse vegetable production,and provides certain reference and guidance for the development and construction of facility agriculture in Ulanhot City,Hinggan League.
