Replenishment Strategy Selection Of New Community Retailers Under The City Common Distribution Mode

Since 2017,new retail has gradually become a new development direction for the retail industry.With the continuous development of new retail,the community has gradually become a new entry point for various businesses to compete for market share,which has led to the development of new retail in the community.As the community is closer to consumers,retailers are more likely to grasp the needs of consumers,so there is no doubt that new retail in the future will become a mainstream trend in the retail industry.While the new retail market share in the community is growing rapidly,new retailers in the community face the problem of low satisfaction with the needs of community consumers and high cost of service.The degree of demand satisfaction and service cost are respectively related to service level and replenishment cost.Related.Based on this,this paper focuses on the problem of low service level and high replenishment cost of new retailers in the community,considering the inventory and order space distribution characteristics of different types of commodities,and researching the minimum comprehensive benefits under the common distribution mode of new community retailers in many communities.Goods strategy.Firstly,according to the characteristics and existing problems of the new retail in the community,this paper constructs a common urban distribution model based on the logistics park.Under this model,the goods are divided into two categories according to the replenishment demand characteristics of the new retailers:low value.On the basis of this,we propose four replenishment strategies for new retailers in the community:continuous inventory replenishment decentralization strategy,continuous inventory replenishment concentration strategy,and periodic inventory replenishment decentralization strategy,cycle inventory replenishment concentration strategy.Considering the impact of different categories of goods on the inventory of new retailers in the community and the spatial distribution characteristics of replenishment orders,the lowest replenishment cost rate and the highest service level are the targets,and the new community retailers are built under the urban common distribution mode.A two-level optimization target model for the selection of goods strategy.The NSGA-? genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the sensitivity analysis of key parameters in the model is carried out.Finally,the effectiveness of the new retailer's replenishment strategy selection model is verified by the case.The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive and efficient replenishment strategy selection method and basis for a number of smaller community new retailers with different commodity categories and replenishment needs.
