With the improvement of consumption level,retail industries are facing diversified and small markets.In order to cater to the personalized needs of customers and improve customers satisfaction in service,retail industries put forward newer requirements for the efficiency of logistics activities.As a key node in the supply chain,the distribution center is responsible for the logistics activities of the products from upstream suppliers to downstream retailers,and the distribution center also has an important influence on the overall operation of the supply chain.In order to speed up the circulation of products and satisfy the needs of customers in time,it is necessary to optimize the replenishment and distribution of the distribution center.Retail distribution center is the research object,and it is the goal to save logistics activity time and improve enterprises profits,a single product and a variety of products replenishment and distribution optimization problem for distribution center are studied respectively.Firstly,this thesis describes relevant knowledge of supply chain management,and introduces the storage model,distribution model and algorithm based on inventory changes and relevant inventory costs for the retail distribution center.Secondly,aiming at the fact that the grouping distribution strategy in the replenishment and distribution process of distribution center on a single product is not fully considered in the existing supply chain,a decision variable for grouping is introduced in combination with such features that retailers have different geographical positions and product demands.According to the function relationship between the replenishment cycle and delivery times,the average total cost of a minimized three-level supply chain is taken as the objective,and the optimization model for replenishment and distribution is established.By analyzing the characteristics of the model,the algorithm is designed and simulated,and the validity of the model is verified.Finally,by analyzing replenishment and distribution process of the distribution center about a variety of products,and taking into account the actual situation that joint transport of different kinds of products can increase the additional transport costs,the mathematical programming model with service capability constraints of distribution center is established under the different replenishment cycle and delivery times of different products.Then the genetic algorithm is selected to solve the mathematical model according to characteristics of the model.The simulation results show that the proposed replenishment and distribution strategies is feasible for a variety of products.This thesis studies replenishment and distribution logistics activities of the distribution center about different products,the management scheme given by the model has practical significance,and management inspiration are provided to optimize the replenishment and distribution of the distribution center.The internal resources of distribution center are utilized reasonably.It is helpful for distribution center to satisfy customer demands.The work of this thesis makes efforts and experiments on research of replenishment and distribution optimization problem for distribution center.
