In the rapidly developing Internet industry,customer demand changes rapidly with the influence of market development,resulting in frequent changes in project requirements becoming one of the common problems in the Internet industry,and becoming an important risk point in project management.The data burial site project of M enterprise is used to collect data of various platforms and apps,select and integrate data sets through business model analysis of commercial departments,and support and guide business development,product operation and business strategy through data analysis.However,the data burial site project of M enterprise also has the problem of rapidly changing requirements.Starting from the project demand management of M enterprise,this paper analyzes the project management status quo of M enterprise,and summarizes and extracts the fundamental problem of M enterprise's project demand management as:multi-department collaboration within a single organization.Therefore,this paper combined goal-oriented requirements modeling and collaborative meta-modeling,and sorted out and improved the existing project management process through enterprise modeling.The research work of this paper is mainly divided into four parts:problem analysis,process improvement,risk identification and embedding,and process improvement effect verification.Firstly,analyze the existing project management problems and project risks,reduce the list of problems through the impact analysis of the change data of project requirements,and determine the project management problems that have great impact and need to be solved urgently.Secondly,project objectives are analyzed and goal-oriented collaborative network modeling is carried out to formally describe partner functions in collaborative situations,that is,functional modeling.The process improvement method of collaborative meta-model is applied to generate the improvement process.Then it is the phase of process evaluation.First,compare the original process and the improved processes.Then,identify project risks,conduct risk correlation analysis,embed risk points into improvement process,and evaluate the response rate of improved processes.Finally,through the analysis of project data,the execution effect of the original process and the improved process is compared to judge the improvement of the improved process in terms of project execution efficiency and human input.
