With the evolution and development of the internal audit function,its mission,role,effect and contribution to the organization are constantly changing,and the content of internal audit performance is increasingly rich.The performance evaluation system based on the traditional internal audit role can't effectively evaluate the performance of the internal audit department,and can't effectively guide the internal audit department's work and the overall corporate strategy.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to establish a performance evaluation system under the new orientation of internal audit to increase organizational value.Based on this,the research questions in this thesis are:constructing a set of internal audit performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard logic,and using it to evaluate the performance of the internal audit department of Shunxin Agricultural Co.,Ltd.,then proposing to improve the work of its internal audit department and increasing value of the corporate.Through literature review,this paper points out that the current internal audit performance evaluation methods include target management method,key indicator method and economic value added method.However,these methods have shortcomings,and the use of balanced scorecard to evaluate internal audit performance is feasible and advantageous.This thesis selects the Balanced Scorecard as the theoretical basis,and uses the case study method,the questionnaire method and the analytic hierarchy process.Based on the analysis of the lack of the original internal audit performance evaluation system of Shunxin Agriculture,it is determined that the work objective of Shunxin Agricultural Internal Audit Department is to increase the organizational value.From the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard(Finance,Customers,Internal Business Processes,Learning and Growth),the thesis identified four specific goals for the internal audit department.The internal audit performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard logic is constructed.The index system consists of 4 dimensions and 20 specific indicators.The causal relationships between dimensions and indicators are studied.Through the issuance of questionnaires and the use of analytic hierarchy process,the judgment matrix is constructed,and the importance of 20 indicators is judged.It was used to evaluate the performance of Shunxin agricultural internal audit department,and the scores and grades of its internal audit performance are obtained.Suggestions for improving the performance evaluation of Shunxin agricultural internal audit include expanding the internal audit business system,establishing an internal audit communication feedback mechanism,establishing an internal audit information management system,and improving the quality of internal audit personnel.Through research,this thesis constructs an internal audit performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard logic,and improves the Shunxin agricultural original internal audit performance evaluation system to promote the value added of the company's internal audit work to the organization.The conclusions drawn in this thesis are as follows:(1)Try to use the logic of the Balanced Scorecard as an idea to improve the performance of the internal audit department.(2)When the Balanced Scorecard is used for internal audit performance evaluation,each element needs to be complete.(3)The internal audit performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is more conducive to the realization of Shunxin agricultural strategic objectives than the original evaluation system.(4)The internal audit performance evaluation system realizes the function of short-term performance evaluation to long-term strategic management.This thesis has a total of 13 pictures,17 tables,66 references.
