Research On Asset Management Of A Metro Company Based On Asset Life Cycle Theory

With the increase of operation mileage of urban rail transit,the total fixed assets increase rapidly.At present,the assets management of rail transit operation enterprises is extensive,and the management cost and risk are relatively high.Weak management consciousness and backward management means seriously restrict the improvement of asset management level and quality of rail transit operation enterprises,thus restricting the healthy development of rail transit operation enterprises.Based on the present situation of assets management in rail transit operation enterprises,this paper puts forward the method of introducing life cycle management,that is,to comprehensively consider assets management from the stages of asset planning and design,procurement and construction,operation and maintenance,and disposal of scrap,so as to realize the balance among assets risk,performance and cost,and to realize the high rank of all stages of assets management in rail transit operation enterprises.Answer.Reduce the investment and management cost of enterprise assets,improve the efficiency of asset management,and achieve sustainable development.In order to apply the theory of life cycle asset management effectively to the practice of asset management of rail transit operation enterprises,this paper combines the asset management activities of A Metro Company,takes the operational assets of rail transit as the research object,and analyses the problems and reasons existing in the management of A Metro Company in the stages of asset planning and design,procurement and construction,operation and maintenance,and disposal of scrap.Based on the theory of asset life cycle management,this paper studies and discusses the improvement methods of asset management,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of management system,management process and management model,aiming at improving the efficiency of asset management,achieving the balance of asset risk,performance and cost,and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.The innovation of this paper lies in introducing the concept of asset life cycle management into rail transit operation enterprises.Taking operational assets as the research object,the implementation of the concept of asset life cycle in the optimization and improvement of enterprise asset management is analyzed and illustrated.The purpose of this research is to provide reference for the asset life cycle management of urban rail transit operation enterprises.
