The Study Of China's Urban Rail Transit

Constructing rail transit is an effective measure to solve traffic problems of major cities.Many cities in China have carried out a rail transit planning and are being constructing now.In recent years,the scale and the speed of the urban rail development of our cities significantly speed up,but it bring certain urban development pressure on funds.In particular,some rail transit applications of medium-sized city may be urban performance "comparison" of the composition,Currently,the scale of the urban rail transit development do not have comprehensive measures,how to make the scale of development of urban rail transit to coincide with the economic strength is an important research topic.In this paper,we apply qualitative and quantitative analysis.Through research on a large number of theoretical and methodological literature of the scale of rail transit construction both at home and abroad,we summarize the top ten impact factors of rail transit scale factors,respectively construct both the the theoritical index system and empirical researching index system of the urban rail transit scale.Using the multi-index model and stepwise regression methods,respectively,we make empirical studies of the rail transit scale of both some cities in the world and Beijing,Shanghai city,and fit the model of urban rail traffic scale respectively.Finally,based on the models we predict the development scale of urban rail transit in Beijing and Shanghai on long-term planning year.Combined with China's national conditions and China's urban rail transit construction reality,we analyze the operational conclusions and give recommendations.
