Because of the improvement of life expectancy and aged tendency of population in China,The prospect of medical device industry is expected and the sales volume increases year by year,which also highlights the enterprise accounts receivable problem.The enterprise receivables amount is huge,the growth rate continues to go up,which has become the heavy burden in the enterprise development.According to the 2017 annual report of all listed companies in China,accounts receivable approach 4 trillion yuan.Due to the low added value and limited market competitiveness of public company in China,the problem of accounts receivable is particularly prominent.The receivables problem of TR medical device company is took as the case study object in this study.At first,the current situation of accounts receivable management research at home and abroad is summarized.Accounting theory and economic theory as well as management theory are introduced in this study.Moreover,Financial index and receivables nature of listed companies in medical device industry are analyzed to research the characteristics of receivables of medical device enterprises.In this case study,TR medical device company profile is introduced.Financial indicators of receivables of TR medical device company from 2015 to 2017 is analyzed and compared to Industry average of Top 10 company.According to aging analysis,credit policy and internal control,company accounts receivable management status is expounded to point out the problems of TR medical device company.The information collection and analysis ability of medical device companies is weak,the performance system assessment is not perfect,the responsibility of responsible departments is unclear,the execution ability needs to be improved,and the awareness of financial risk prevention is insufficient.A customer credit evaluation system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established in this study.13 index influencing factors were determined by he four dimensions of customer basic index,enterprise competitiveness,cooperative credit index and operation ability.The qualitative and quantitative combination of customer credit differentiation evaluation index is put forward in this study.Customer credit database is established by experts scoring method.Three Suggestions are put forward in this study,such as quantitative and qualitative customer credit assessment,comprehensive management before and after the event,and optimization of enterprise internal control system.
