Since reform and opening up,the insurance industry and the tourism industry has been booming,from 2012 to 2017,the national tourism income of the average growth rate of 15.9%,the insurance premium income growth of 18.87%on average,the development of the two industries significantly faster than GDP growth,after the Internet travel insurance rise 2015,tourism development by leaps and bounds of insurance market,insurance coverage rate rising,active insured consciousness enhancement,the development of travel insurance is not only for China's rising tourist crowd provides the necessary risk guarantee,also is the escort residents outbound tourism,solved the trouble back at home,The development of tourism insurance is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's tourism industry and the transfer of resident tourism risks.In the first part of this paper,the research objects are sorted out.Through the first and second chapters,the relevant background and concepts of tourism insurance are introduced and elaborated.The second part makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of China's tourism insurance market from five perspectives by using the optimization SWOT analysis method(DSWOT).Through the fourth chapter,it makes a detailed introduction of the development experience of foreign tourism insurance market and summarizes the experience that China's tourism insurance development can use for reference.In the last part,based on the above analysis,the author puts forward development Suggestions from the perspective of consumer demand under the framework of 4C marketing theory,and puts forward many schemes for the innovation of products and services,and makes appropriate feasibility evaluation.After the analysis and demonstration of this paper,several important conclusions are found:first,China's tourism insurance market has the characteristics of aging,advanced consumption;Second,the insurance coverage of China's outbound tourism insurance is close to the general level of developed countries,but the per capita premium and market size are still far from developed countries.Third,the key to satisfying the cost consumers are willing to pay lies in the transfer of tourism risk awareness to the potential policyholders who are risk averse.Fourthly,China can learn from foreign experience and establish tourism insurance association to standardize the management of market products and participants.Fifth,the product innovation of travel insurance can consider rural travel insurance,customized travel insurance,elderly travel insurance,pregnant women travel insurance,family travel insurance,weather travel insurance,overseas shopping insurance,travel negative experience insurance and unconditional cancellation insurance.
