Research On Risk Management Of 4G Radio Communication Network Construction Project Of H Company

Under the long-term policy support and high-intensity financial support from the Chinese government,China's communication industry has experienced rapid development over the past decade,and now,China communication technology is walking in the cutting edge and leading the industry development.But in recent years,China starts a new round of economic adjustment as well as the 4G network construction comes to the end,Chinese telecom operators have begun to scale back investment in 4G network construction,at the same time,with the improvement of telecom operators KPI system,Chinese radio communication network construction begin to slowly transform from the past extensive development to refined operation mode,this needs a higher project operation level of project participants.Project risk management as an important part of project management,the effectiveness of its implementation is directly related to the success of the project,therefore,the research on the construction of 4G radio communication network is more important.This article is based on H company G province 4G radio communication network construction project,with the relevant theoretical knowledge of project risk management,combined with the actual situation of the project,discussed and analyzed the risk identification-risk assessment-risk response and monitoring parts in project management,at first,with WBS-RBS,there are 5 primary risks,they are commercial risks,solution risks,fulfillment risks,financial&accounting risks and security,health&environment risks,and then,using AHP+FCE method,calculated and evaluated the comprehensive weight of project risks and the project risk level,at last,the corresponding project risk response measures are proposed for each project risk point,and also involves planning the project risk monitoring process.
