Comprehensive Assessment And Application Of Financing Risk Of Small And Medium-sized Technological Enterprises In Anhui Province

The growth of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises depends on technological innovation and product research and development.This process needs a lot of funds to support,and financing is an important part of enterprise capital management.Whether enterprises can obtain stable sources of funds and timely raise the funds needed for the combination of production factors plays a vital role in the operation and development of enterprises.At present,small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises are limited by many factors in the process of financing due to their insufficient conditions.Most of them are facing the current situation of"financing difficulties".Through the identification and evaluation of financing risk,it can help enterprises to strengthen the awareness of risk management,optimize the financing structure,and effectively improve the efficiency of the use of funds.At the same time,it is of great significance for the government and financial institutions to reduce financial risk.Taking the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in Anhui Province as the research object,this paper firstly analyses the main factors affecting the financing risk of the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology,constructs an evaluation index system which conforms to the characteristics of the enterprises and their risk types,then determines the weight of each index by using the method of entropy weight,establishes a financing risk evaluation model of 103 sample enterprises through TOPSIS method,and according to the enterprise and theory.The similarity of solutions ranks the size of financing risk,and proves the feasibility and validity of the model by empirical method.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to prevent and control the financing risk for the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in Anhui Province,hoping to provide help for the sustainable development of the small and medium-sized enterprises of Science and technology.
