Study On The Competitiveness And Influencing Factors Of Flower Industry In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development has been rapid,and people’s living standards have been constantly improving.With the deepening of the concept of green development,people have gradually changed from material consumption to green consumption.Therefore,the development of seedling and flower industry in various provinces and cities is changing with each passing day.Anhui is located in the transition zone between subtropical zone and warm temperate zone.It is the domestication zone for the northward migration of South seedlings and the southward migration of North seedlings.Developing flower industry has unique climatic advantages.At the same time,Anhui has an important transportation hub in the central region.Airports and railways run through it,and the transportation location advantages are obvious.The development of seedling and flower industry in Anhui Province started in the 1960s,and it has developed rapidly in the past 40 years.Although there were some setbacks in the market during this period,the overall direction of development is very good.In this paper,the flower industry in Anhui Province is analyzed from three aspects:each link of the industry,production layout and SWOT analysis.The general situation of the development of the flower industry in Anhui Province is understood,and the advantages and problems faced by the development of the flower industry are summarized.Emphasis is laid on the empirical analysis of the flower industry in our province.Through the principal component analysis,it is concluded that the competitiveness of Anhui flower industry is insufficient in the whole country,ranking 15th among 30 provinces and cities in China,which is only in the middle rank.There is a big gap between Anhui flower industry and Jiangsu,Shandong and other regions.This flower industry needs science and technology to achieve leapfrog development.Finally,aiming at the problems and constraints faced by Anhui flower industry,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of government and enterprises in order to promote the development of Anhui flower industry.
