Study On Pricing Of Maize Revenue Insurance In Anhui Province

Solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers has always been the focus of national policy,and agriculture is one of the main sources of farmers' revenue.China is a vast country with complex climatic conditions.Farmers in different regions will be affected by natural disasters when they manage agricultural production,which seriously affects the stability of farmers' revenue.In addition,with the development of the supply-side reform of agricultural products,the price of agricultural products is gradually marketized,and market factors also have a great impact on the price of agricultural products.In this context,agricultural insurance has become an important financial tool to protect farmers' revenue.The No.1 Central Document of 2017 and 2018 mentioned that the promotion of agricultural product price index insurance,the implementation of agricultural product revenue insurance,the use of "futures+insurance" as a financial tool to manage agricultural risks,especially stressing the importance of three major food crop cost insurance and revenue insurance.Sex.As one of the three major grain crops,corn price risk rises because of the abolition of temporary storage policy and the reform of market mechanism.Maize is one of the main food crops in Anhui Province.This paper takes Maize in Anhui Province as an example to study revenue insurance.Firstly,it combs the model and mechanism of agricultural revenue insurance in the United States,makes an empirical analysis on the yield risk and revenue risk of Maize in Anhui Province,and tries to determine the premium rate of maize revenue insurance in Anhui Province.The United States is a successful country in promoting and implementing agricultural insurance in the world.This paper combs and analyses the operation mode and product types of agricultural insurance in the United States,which provides experience for Anhui Province to develop corn revenue insurance.To solve the problem of the necessity of developing maize revenue insurance in Anhui Province,this paper uses X12 seasonal adjustment method and H-P filtering method to carry out an empirical study on the yield risk and price risk of Maize in Anhui Province.The results show that both the yield and price of Maize in Anhui Province are facing greater risks,so it is necessary to promote maize revenue insurance to stabilize farmers'revenue.As for the core issue of revenue insurance premium rate determination,this paper calculates the corn revenue insurance rate based on Copula function and Monte Carlo simulation method.The results show that the insurance premium rate is between 1.8%and 5.6%under the guarantee level of 70%to 90%.
