Research On Material Integrated Management System Of A Telecom Enterprise

Due to changes in the internal and external environment,the telecommunications industry is facing new challenges in market expansion,industrial cooperation,competition and operations.The continuous advancement of network technology and business model has brought about the rapid development of personalized and diversified communication consumer demand.Correspondingly,the total inventory and material types of telecom operators in the warehouse materials are increasing,and the procurement and warehousing of enterprises The management departments such as logistics are increasingly difficult to control the entire supply chain.The competition trend based on the supply chain will become more and more obvious.The role of collaborative management within the enterprise in the creation of enterprise value and competitiveness will also be more important.The bigger it is.This paper studies the material management of telecom enterprises from two aspects: A telecom enterprise material integration management system construction and operation process optimization problem,A telecom enterprise material category management and inventory control issues.Firstly,the paper analyzes the status quo of material management of A-telecom enterprise and analyzes it in detail.According to the status quo of material management system of A-Telecom,the resource integration from the distribution center(RDC),the optimization of organizational structure and function division,the improvement of material management system and the application of information technology Several aspects proposed improvement plan;secondly,the material operation process was optimized under the newly constructed material management system,including: demand centralized acceptance process,order centralized release process,inventory management and control process,and material coordination supply process;In order to maximize the profit of the system,the inventory procurement materials are built.The second-level inventory control model of the telecom operators is constructed.By balancing the inventory cost and responsiveness of the materials,the optimized inventory strategy under the secondary inventory system is obtained.The problem of centralized storage of materials and materials,and detailed calculation cases are given.Finally,the paper analyzes the effectiveness of material integration management and category management in terms of order response,storage cost,distribution efficiency and service capability,which shows that the proposed scheme is reasonable and effective.
