Study On Telecom Technology Standard Strategy Choice Of Telecom Operators

With the development of modern mobile communication industry,especially the rapid development of mobile Internet,communication needs have become part of everyone's life,we can contact people all over the world anytime,anywhere.At the same time,China's mobile communications development is also very rapid,the mobile Internet has been widely popular,our life has been inseparable from the mobile Internet.As the basic providers and operators of the Internet,the choice of communication standards is important.Different standards of communication not only affect the development of China's communication industry in the future,but also greatly affect the market competition of operators.The selection of communication standards as the core telecom operators strategy will have a tremendous impact on future telecom operators' technological development,market competition and product development.At the same time,the selection of communication technology standards for communication operators will also be reflected in the national communication technologies Standard strategy.This paper mainly adopts the research model and method of Grounded Theory,studies the choice of communication technology standard of three domestic telecom operators,mainly in 3G and 4G era.By studying the framework of telecom operators 'selection strategy for mobile communication technology standard,the influencing factors,value contents and standard strategic value chain of telecom operators' overall mobile communication standard strategy are obtained.
