With the rapid development of China's economy,the real estate industry is growing and gradually occupying an important position in China's national economy.With the continuous increase of national macro-control,real estate enterprises are in a complex and severe market environment,and there are a series of problems such as imperfect governance structure,poor fund management,financial fraud,irregular disclosure,and excessive diversification.In addition,the real estate industry is affected by the volatility of policy,the demand for funds,and the high risk of business.If the company wants to occupy a position in the market,it should first focus on the internal control of the company.Through the continuous improvement and improvement of the internal control system,the real estate company can not only optimize its own operation and management mode,but also improve its ability to prevent and control risks in the process of development,and optimize the internal management of the enterprise by using a good internal control system to enhance The overall advantage of the enterprise.Therefore,how to build a real estate company's internal control system is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,based on the combination of relevant theory and case analysis,the internal control situation of Zhonghong shares before and after this period is studied in detail on the premise of Zhonghong Share 2017's violations.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research of the article,and refers to the relevant literature,and elaborates the research ideas and methods in this paper.Then it focuses on the characteristics of the real estate industry and the reality of its internal control.On this basis,it finds out the internal control problems of Zhonghong shares and the reasons behind them.At the same time,from the financial and non-financial perspectives,the paper analyzes the negative impacts of Zhonghong's internal control problems,and proposes targeted optimization suggestions to improve the internal control system of Zhonghong.Through the research on Zhonghong shares,we found that there are still many defects in the internal control of real estate listed companies,which need to be improved and optimized from the company's own level and external regulators.It is hoped that by analyzing the case of Zhonghong Shares,this paper can provide theoretical support and advice for the internal control research of real estate enterprises in China,thus promoting the healthier and long-term development of China's real estate industry.
