Current Situation And Problems Of Buffalo Paddy Field Complex In Yuanyang County

Since the project of rural complex was first put forward in 2017,rural complex projects in all parts of China are in full swing.As a highlight of the development of new rural industries,each region develops the rural complex according to its own social form and rural features,and adapts to local conditions,thus creating a unique rural complex.This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of the Buffalo Paddy Field Complex in Yuanyang County and analyses the factors restricting its development through field investigation,visits with local project managers and villagers,literature and case analysis.The research finds that there are the following problems in the development of the Buffalo Paddy Field Complex in Yuanyang County: first,the infrastructure construction is not perfect;second,the products are single and the added value of agricultural and sideline products is low;third,the popularity is low and tourists are few;fourth,the construction progress of the project is slow;fifth,the management team is insufficient.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization policy proposals: first,scientific and rational planning,complete infrastructure;second,increase the introduction of technology to create multi-dimensional products;third,strengthen publicity efforts to create their own bright spots;fourth,increase investment in funds to guide diversified financing;fifth,standardize the enterprise system,equipped with specialized personnel.
