Study On The Development Of D Pastoral Complex In Xinyang City

The problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the short board in the development of national economy.With the development of China's economy,the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the major strategic measures of “Rural Revitalization”,and the development of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” ushered in new historical opportunities.In February 2017,the new rural development model of the pastoral complex was first written into the No.1central document.Then,the central ministries and committees issued a series of policies to promote the construction and development of the pastoral complex in the whole country.This paper studies the D pastoral complex in Xinyang City,finds out the existing problems in its development by means of on-the-spot investigation,discussion with rural cadres,interviews with farmers and consultation with employees,and analyzes the reasons by using relevant theories.Finally,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the healthy development of D pastoral complex.This paper first reviews the research status and relevant theories of pastoral complex at home and abroad in recent years,and then determines the theoretical basis of sustainable development theory,industrial integration theory,etc.in the research process;secondly,it mainly studies the background,basic content,general development mode,and basic construction of pastoral complex The content includes modern agricultural industry,rural leisure tourism,human settlements construction and other aspects.The general development mode includes five types: agricultural experience mode,advantage characteristic agricultural industrial park mode,suburban modern agricultural sightseeing park mode,cultural and creative integration development mode.Thirdly,the development status of Xinyang D pastoral complex is mainly investigated,and its basic conditions are analyzed It systematically combs red resources,green ecology,folk customs,farming culture,historical culture,catering culture,local buildings and other resources in the planning area,and makes a comprehensive evaluation.On this basis,it studies its development mode and points out that there are some problems in D pastoral complex,such as weak brand influence,lack of joint efforts in project construction,insufficient development of cultural and tourism resources,single industrial structure,and shortage of rural talents.Based on the successful model of pastoral complex in other areas and the actual situation of D pastoral complex,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems.It is pointed out that D pastoral complex should closely focus on the spirit research of Dabie Mountain,play a good red card,and build a pastoral complex mode of “red land” and“green garden” integrated development with red tourism as the leading role.At the end of the paper,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of digging cultural and tourism resources,building pastoral complex brand,establishing project coordination mechanism,forming joint efforts,building modern agricultural system,developing characteristic agricultural experience projects,highlighting the main body of farmers,strengthening the construction of talent team,etc.
