Small and micro enterprises have gradually become an important support for the national economy.With the continuous development of the economy,small and micro enterprises have played an irreplaceable and important role in promoting economic development,absorbing jobs,and enhancing the vitality of the economic market.At the same time,the development of micro and small enterprises also faces many problems,such as difficulty in financing,high cost of financing and narrow financing channels.How to help the development of the micro and small enterprises through the credit service of the bank,so that the micro and small enterprises can achieve sustainable development to contribute to the national economy;The main research direction of this research is how to improve the credit service and solve the key problems faced by MSMEs to promote their sustainable development.In recent years,the development of micro and small enterprises in our country is fast,but at the same time,many of the above-mentioned development problems have gradually emerged.National policies and the economic environment have increased the development of micro and small enterprises to new destabilizing factors.How to provide financing and loan products that are more suitable for the daily operation of micro and small enterprises in the context of slowing economic growth is a problem that banks need to discuss.This article takes Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch as the main line for the marketing of small and micro enterprises Jinrongshichang,and based on the basic national conditions of China's financial industry,has carried out an in-depth analysis of the current marketing market environment,and aimed at the financial institutions marketing problems and challenges.Propose feasible solutions.Doing more research.Hope that through the writing of this article,for other financial institutions to small and micro enterprise credit service marketing to provide a certain reference role.Based on the research object of Changsha branch behavior of guangfa bank,this paper studies the marketing optimization of its micro and small enterprises in five steps.The research content and conclusion of credit marketing of micro and small enterprises have basic understanding and mastery;Secondly,the theoretical basis of marketing strategy analysis is established according to the characteristic of credit of micro and small enterprises.Third,according to the internal environment of Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch and the actual situation of credit marketing of small and medium-sized enterprises,the problems are summarized from the four aspects of marketing.Fourth,according to the external environment analysis and SWOT analysis of Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch,the strategic direction of credit marketing of micro and small enterprises in Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch was determined.Fourth,use STP analysis to set the target market of Guangfa Bank's Changsha branch.Fifth,the marketing optimization and upgrading strategy of Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch is built around the target market of Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch and its positioning.
