In order to cope with the changes in the global economic and financial situation and the adjustment of China's macroeconomic structure,the banking industry has paid more and more attention to technical advance and business innovation.The competition for talents is unprecedentedly fierce,and human resource management plays a critical role in employee training.China Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch has settled in Changsha for nine years and the current training system has become more and more prominent.Therefore,based on company's current situation,optimizing the training system of China Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch plays a key role for effective talent support in sustainable development and transformation.Based on relevant theory studies and existing achievements of domestic and foreign training management,guided by the basic theory of training system and training management,and on the basic of the comprehensive research on training management at home and abroad,through literature review,case study,inductive analysis and questionnaire survey,this study has analyzed the current training system of China Guangfa Bank,Changsha Branch,which pointing out that the current training system lack in orientation of training,unbalanced coverage of training resources,unprofessional training operation process and imperfect training and development mechanism.The study has also proposed basic principle and overall method of personnel training system optimization plan,aimin g at four aspects: training organization,training resources,training process,and training and development,with a series of optimization measures.At last the study has pointed out the supporting conditions which can guarantee the training system optimi zation plan from aspects of material assurance,institutional assurance,personnel assurance and culture assurance.Through the study of the optimization of training system,this paper is conductive to improving the level of training work of China Guangfa Bank Changsha Branch,and establishing a systematic training management system,which has played a positive role in promoting personal training and development and talent team building,thereby providing support and guarantee for strategic development of company.In the meanwhile,this paper will also provide some valuable suggestions for other corporation's personnel training within and throughout the country.
