Problems Of Some Rural Areas Of Financial Management And Countermeasures

In recent years,the degree of concern for the "three rural" issue more and more,has issued a number of policies to support and benefit agriculture,which greatly promoted the development of rural economy.Rural financial management is very important in rural management,not only related to the vital interests of farmers,is to protect the farmers’ economic rights,but also related to the future of rural economic development and stability,and the whole process of new rural construction.Therefore,the rural financial problems are both hot topics,but also difficult problems.Currently,there is a series of rural financial management problems.Through literature review and questionnaire surveys to collect first-hand information,learn from the advanced theory and experience of developed countries,the use of literature research,survey research,AHP,introducing agency theory,the theory of internal control,centralization and decentralization theory,incentive theory.In 35 villages for the survey on the financial status of rural conducted a survey and analysis,financial management at the village level rural financial accounts chaos,accounting irregularities,the professional quality of accounting practitioners generally low,transparent financial management,disclosure limited,financial supervision and management in place,internal control systems imperfect.By improving the work areas,improve staff quality,strengthen internal and external supervision,the implementation of the financial system and other countermeasures.The innovation of this paper is to investigate first-hand data,using literature research,comprehensive evaluation questionnaire and field survey,AHP combination of theoretical analysis based only different from the previous study,make conclusions more reliable,more targeted.
