Financial industry is a special industry.For one thing,it is the lifeline of national economy.For another,it 1s greatly influenced by the economic and social environments at home and abroad,as a result of which it1s becoiming an industry with more inclusive and creative features.It 1s distinguishing itself by the opening-up policies as well as the various kinds of service.With the promotion of reform policies in banking industry in China.great changes have been brought not only into the four major state-owned banks which formerly occupied the whole banking market,but also into the commercial and joint stock banks that are flourishing currently.What's more,large a:ounts of foreign capital have been introduced into Chinese market since the policy of opening to the outside world was carried out in Chinese banking industry.The narket competition is intensified further in turn.Bank staff play a rather important role in the development and operation of the bank.The competition in the banking industry is rooted in the competition of employing the excellent staff,especially those who are talented in making profits for the bank and master the key techniques.Therefore,all the banks are attaching more and more importance to human resources.To attract more talents,the bank administrators value employee satisfaction a lot.Thus,it's very important to make a survey of employee satisfaction with a special f-ocus on the key staff who master the key techniques.Based on the theory and previous studies on employee satisfaction at home and abroad,this paper 1s a study on the satisfaction of customer managers in Bank A,Tai'an Branch.With the help of a specially designed survey,interviews and a series of statistical tools,this study draw a conclusion on employee satisfaction of the customer managers in Bank A,Tai'an Branch.Furthermore,this paper makes an analysis of the influential factors that play a role in employee satisfaction and rank the factors according to their importance.The conclusion indicates the potential problems of employee satisfaction of the customer managers in Bank A,Tai'an Branch.Aiming at those problems,measures to solve those problems and improve employee satisfaction are put forward.In this way,the employees will stay motivated at work and bring more benefits to the bank.This study will also inspire other financial industries to improve their administration.
