Study On The Differences And Influencing Factors Of County Tourism Economy In Dabie Mountain Area

The imbalance of regional tourism economy has always been the focus of China's attention,but the current research is mostly concentrated in the economically developed regions,less attention to the poor areas.Poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas is the key to the realization of a well-off society in China.In 2011,China took tourism development as an industrial poverty alleviation method to attack poverty and get rid of poverty.However,due to the influence of internal and external factors,the imbalance of tourism economy in poor areas became more and more obvious.The key point of this article is to reduce the difference of regional tourism economy and promote the coordinated development of regional tourism in poverty-stricken areas.This study considers that smaller spatial units can better reflect the actual situation of regional tourism economic differences,so it takes 28 counties(cities)in the core area of Dabie mountain as the research object.Because the area is the key area of our country's tourism poverty alleviation,across three provinces,geographical indivisibility,similar tourism resources,fierce tourism competition a,close spatial links and other characteristics.The analysis of the differences and influencing factors of tourism economy in mountainous areas can not only enrich the research on the differences of tourism economy in poor mountainous areas,but also provide some decision-making basis for the development of tourism in mountainous areas.By summarizing the problems existing in the development of tourism in this area,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,so as to optimize the spatial structure of county tourism in Dabie nountain area.Through the collection and processing of panel data from 2009 to 2017,on the one hand,starting from single index and comprehensive index,analyze the change characteristics of tourism economy in time sequence and space in each county by mathematical statistical analysis method,and the spatial change characteristics were visualized by Arcgis.On the other hand,qualitative and quantitative research is made on the factors affecting the differences of county tourism economy in Dabie mountain area.Finally put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the coordinated development of tourism economy in this region.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time:The absolute difference of tourism economy between counties is expanding on the whole,and the relative differences have not changed much except for a large increase in 2013.(2)From the perspective of zone decomposition:The absolute difference between the three regions of Anhui,Henan and Hubei shows an increasing trend,and the change trend is basically consistent with the change between counties;The relative differences between the three ranges decrease in fluctuation.It is found that the difference in Anhui,Henan and Hubei area contributes the most to the overall difference of Dabie mountain area,and it tends to increase year by year.The contribution rate of inter-zone difference is small and decreases year by year.Among the three zones,the difference within the Dabie mountain area in western Anhui has the highest contribution rate to the overall difference and the trend of expansion is obvious with the change of time,while the difference contribution rate in the Dabie mountain area in southern Henan is the smallest.(3)From the perspective of spatial distribution characteristics:By analyzing the spatial differences of the three time sections with a single index,it is found that tourism income is generally higher in the west of Anhui,lower in the east of Hubei and lower in the south of Henan,and each rank county area shows huddle development,but the high-level tourism economy county area passes along with the time from dabie mountain north gradually to the south.In the early stage,the economically developed counties were mainly distributed in Dabie mountain area of western anhui province,and gradually transferred to the junction of Hubei and Anhui provinces.The level of tourism economy in the counties of eastern hubei increased with time,and the more developed counties increased gradually.Southern henan has been dominated by underdeveloped counties.Based on the data of 2017,multiple indicators were selected to study the differences in the comprehensive level of tourism economy,it is found that the counties with high tourism economic level are mainly distributed in west Anhui.The higher level counties are concentrated in the boundary of Hubei and Anhui provinces.The tourism economy level in eastern Hubei is is developing rapidly.In general,the economic distribution of county tourism under the multi-index measurement is similar to that under the single index measurement.(4)Look from influence factors:Based on the literature review at home and abroad and the field analysis in the research area,this paper selects the index of influencing factors and finds that the attraction of tourism resources,the developed degree of service industry and tourism policy have obvious influence on the county tourism economy,among which the attraction of tourism resources has the greatest influence on the difference of tourism economy among the counties in the Dabie mountain area.At present the accessibility of county traffic and the level of social and economic development are not the main factors affecting the differences of tourism economy in poor mountainous areas,but they have certain promoting effects.Finally,the civilization should create a multi-level tourism county,play a leading role;Highlight the differences in county tourism,increase publicity;Breaking down administrative boundary barriers to achieve regional win-win;Vigorously promote the development of the service industry to enhance the momentum of development;Strengthen the backward county policy regulation and control,to achieve accurate help and other five Suggestions.
