A Factory Hardware Line Based On "Single Piece Flow" Application Research

In the modern society with increasingly fierce market competition,how to effectively utilize production resources,reduce production costs,avoid waste,improve production efficiency,and quickly meet the diverse needs of customers through lean production is a common problem faced by most furniture manufacturing enterprises.The company A studied in this paper is a well-known listed company of customized furniture in China.Firstly,this paper elaborates the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,summarizes the main research contents and establishes the research technology route and research methods of the paper,and introduces the lean production mode,just-in-time production,single-piece flow and other related theories combined with the research content of this paper.Secondly,taking the hardware matching line of A wardrobe factory as the research object,it identifies all the processes under the current production situation and finds out the problems of hardware matching line,and further elaborates the causes of the existing problems.It concludes that the hardware matching line has some prominent problems,such as low matching efficiency,serious backlog of matching field accessories,and mismatching of hardware,etc.,and combines the theory of "single-piece flow".The feasibility scheme is designed and formulated around the above problems.Then,in the process of applying the "single piece flow" to the hardware line of A furniture factory,the stopwatch method is used to determine the standard working time of each process of the matching line,calculate the hardware line rhythm of the "single piece flow",and adopt the four principles of ECRS to analyze the production line balance of the hardware matching line,and evaluate and summarize the effect before and after the improvement of the hardware matching line.Finally,5S on-site management is applied to the improved common hardware line and miscellaneous single hardware line,and standardized management and continuous improvement are made to ensure the smooth implementation of "single piece flow".This research has solved the practical problems of the low efficiency of hardware matching in A company and the continuous complaints from customers.It has greatly reduced the production cost and improved the competitiveness of A company's products in the market and customer satisfaction.At the same time,the research of this topic also provides theoretical reference and practical support for other furniture enterprises to implement lean production "single piece flow".
