Research On The Mechanism Of Poverty Withdrawal In Ningxia

Since the reform and opening up,China has succeeded in getting more than 800 million people out of the poverty.This is not only an achievement on China’s road to poverty reduction,but also a great contribution to anti-poverty in the whole world.Nowadays,poverty alleviation has become a major task in the new stage of China’s development.The Party Central Committee has also made some new important arrangements on many occasions,defining one of the three major challenges clearly that must be achieved in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Ningxia is located in the concentrated area of the Liupan Mountain area,and it has reached a critical period of hard bones.Therefore,establishing a sound poverty withdrawal mechanism based on the actual situation in Ningxia is both a policy requirement and a realistic need.Based on domestic and foreign research,this study analyzes the current situation of poverty withdrawal in Ningxia in recent years.On that,150 households and 53 poverty-stricken villages are used as examples to explore the poverty exit by using the AF method.Influencing factors,respectively set indicators for poor households and poor villages,determine the threshold value of the index and assign value,measure the index dimension and spatial distribution,and draw the following conclusions:poor households and poor villages both have multi-dimensional poverty,and different dimensions and regional poverty withdrawal factors are different.It is recommended to use multidimensional poverty measurement methods to improve the accuracy of poverty measurement and provide a scientific basis for the government’s precise policy.Then,through the poverty exit criteria,time series,path,dynamic guarantee,risk prevention,compensation and resettlement,incentives and constraints and third-party evaluation,the Ningxia poverty withdrawal mechanism is constructed.At the end of the article,the Ningxia poverty withdrawal process is targeted.The existing problems have put forward some policy recommendations to help Ningxia achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation at an early date.
