The Study On Precise Poverty Alleviation Mechanism And Poverty Alleviation In Guangxi Minority Mountainous Areas

The Poverty Alleviation Strategy is a new Poverty Alleviation and Development work proposed by the new Chinese leadership.Its thought and deployment is conducive to the needs of social development and can meet the needs of the poor in the new period.It is also an inevitable result at a certain stage of economic social development in China.In the implementation of precise poverty alleviation strategy,its work mechanism plays important roles in accurate identification,precision help,accurate assessment and precise management to the poor population of in poverty-stricken areas,and it is important to fulfill China's poverty alleviation work mechanism and develop a new exploiting and innovating development way.Guangxi,as a southwest frontier ethnic minority region,is an area inhabited by minority nationalities and remote and border areas and poverty-stricken areas.Its economy is underdeveloped,the quantity of poverty population is large,and the economic foundation is weak.There are contiguous poverty-stricken areas,such as Dashishan,is an important area of China's poverty alleviation.In recent years,the precise poverty alleviation mechanism implemented in the mountainous areas of Guangxi has become an important step in the process of poverty alleviation,which has been an achieved great achievement in the precision poverty alleviation in the mountainous areas of ethnic minorities.However,there are still deficiencies in the identification mechanism,assistance mechanism,management mechanism,evaluation mechanism and data management system.The analysis of the precise poverty alleviation work in the minority areas of Guangxi,and draws lessons from the experiences of poverty alleviation at home and abroad,which is of great practical significance and theoretical significance to the poverty alleviation in the minority areas of Guangxi.Based on this background and ideas,this paper attempts to analyze the existing problems in the work of poverty alleviation in the minority areas of Guangxi using the methods of literature research,case analysis and qualitative analysis to find out how to improve and optimize the work of precise poverty alleviation,and put forward some suggestion and countermeasures.First of all,the paper analyzes the process of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas in Guangxi,the characteristics and current situation of poverty,and analyzes the specific poverty alleviation practice,which can form an accurate understanding of poverty alleviation in this region and help to affirm the positive role of precise poverty alleviation mechanism in promoting this region's poverty alleviation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation and mechanism framework of the minority mountainous areas in Guang xi,this paper found out the problems existing in the mechanism of precision poverty alleviation,such as defects in the poverty participation mechanism;defects in the coordination mechanism of poverty alleviation work;the unreasonable precision identification mechanism;There are problems in the process of helpingthe poor;The construction of poverty alleviation system is not perfect;there are some problems in the process of big data management.Thirdly,this paper puts forward some suggestion and countermeasures on optimizing the poverty alleviation mechanism and poverty alleviation in Guangxi minority areas,such as improving the poverty participation mechanism,further promoting and strengthening the construction of self out of poverty,strengthening the construction of the coordination mechanism of poverty alleviation work,further improving the efficiency of poverty alleviation,actuating poverty identification mechanism,establishing the market-oriented diversified poverty alleviation model and mechanism;Strengthening the precise of poverty alleviation system construction;establishing a scientific and comprehensive large data management system.Finally,the conclusion part of this paper discusses the problems and summarizes the shortcomings of the article.
