Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Cash Management Of Y Enterprises

Cash is the blood that keeps the business running,determines whether the enterprise can continue to operate,so cash management plays an important role in the enterprise management,the enterprise should retain how much cash stock is the best and at the same time from what perspective the management of cash flow has become the focus of each enterprise management.Y Pipeline Enterprises at this stage is in the mature period,the enterprise's assets are huge,in order to further expand the market share of the purpose,in recent years Y enterprises cash flow turnover speed,cash flow is also rapidly increasing,so the enterprise cash management issues gradually appear.This paper studies and analyzes the cash management of Y enterprises from the two angles of cash stock and cash flow,first introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,and then summarizes the definition of cash and cash flow concept,the definition of cash management concept,the model of cash stock and the management process of cash flow,as well as their influencing factors.Then from the non-financial impact factors organizational structure,institutional support and staffing,and internal financial impact factors on the cash stock management and cash flow management of the status quo of the current situation of the cash management of Y enterprises,and finally came to Y Enterprises Cash Management system,financing channels,accounts receivable and cash Management awareness and other aspects of the problem,Based on this,this paper puts forward some concrete optimization suggestions for enterprise system,talent construction,risk control system and capital turnover,and looks forward to the research conclusion.
