Study On Performance Evaluation Of Tourism Cooperation In Wulingshan District

With the rapid development of global tourism and the unprecedented development of regional tourism cooperation,how to evaluate the performance of regional tourism cooperation has gradually become the focus of scholars' research.Based on the specific situation of Wuling Mountain area,this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system of regional tourism cooperation,which can effectively guide the development of regional tourism in Wuling Mountain area.In this paper,the performance of tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountains is analyzed by the comprehensive evaluation method.The development benefit of the region is analyzed comprehensively according to the factors such as the degree of regional tourism cooperation,the degree of economic benefit of cooperation and the degree of social benefit of cooperation.By analyzing the factors affecting tourism cooperation,three two-level evaluation indicators and seven three-level evaluation indicators are constructed,and the performance evaluation framework of this paper is constructed.At the same time,the framework of cooperation performance evaluation is applied to the case of regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountains,and the comprehensive evaluation method is used to summarize the evaluation conclusion of tourism cooperation performance in Wuling Mountains.From the evaluation results,the cooperation among different regions is quite different,the development is not balanced,the overall economic performance level of the region is low,and there is a close relationship between the level of regional tourism cooperation and the level of regional economic development.Generally speaking,the main reasons for the unbalanced development of tourism cooperation performance and the poor level of cooperation performance in Wuling Mountains are the imperfect coordination mechanism of interests among the government,enterprises and community residents,the unstable relationship of regional tourism cooperation behavior and the lack of regional organizations to coordinate intergovernmental behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the balanced development of regional tourism cooperation,improve the interest coordination mechanism and create a good tourism market environment for improving the performance of tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain area.
