With the sustainable development of the shared economy and the wide application of Internet services,the sharing bicycle,which fills the gap of "the last kilometer",came into being,covering many provinces and municipalities in a short period of more than two years.In Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,these first-tier cities are everywhere,and their utilization rate is very high.By the end of 2016,at least 23 bicycle-sharing brands had emerged in China.Shared bicycle enterprises are facing fierce competition,rising operating costs,insufficient profitability and bankruptcy of some bicycle enterprises.Facing the fierce market competition,the one who gains cost advantage is more competitive.Only by strengthening cost management,introducing more scientific cost management concepts,continuously improving cost management efficiency and reducing costs can the market be won.This paper takes M company as the research object,combines the original cost management and lean thinking,combs the lean thinking and lean cost management theory.Combining with the case of M company,this paper uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis,through the field investigation and interview of Shenyang Branch,and from three aspects of lean design,lean logistics and lean service,analyses the problems and reasons of lean cost management in application in detail,and designs the optimization scheme for the problems existing in the current situation of lean cost management of M company.Provide effective management for enterprises,reduce waste,improve efficiency,and constantly improve,so that enterprises continue to grow healthily on the lean road.For lean design,cost auditing is added to the product design link to ensure that product design meets user needs while reducing design cost waste;for lean logistics,the process of bicycle delivery and scheduling is adjusted and improved to reduce duplicate cross-cost costs in the process of dispatching and transportation,so as to realize the refinement of logistics management;and for lean logistics,the process of dispatching and transportation is adjusted and improved.In terms of bicycle maintenance and scrapping,service outsourcing and product life cycle management are adopted to reduce the internal pressure of enterprises and improve the response ability of enterprises to the external environment;and the use of large data and Internet of Things technology advantages to expand the use value of the network platform.Finally,the conclusions,shortcomings and prospects of this paper are put forward.It is hoped that through the analysis of lean cost management of M company,the problems in cost management of M company can be well solved,which is conducive to reducing the overall cost,obtaining more profits and enhancing the competitiveness of M company in the shared bicycle industry.
