Study On Coupling And Response Relationship Between Regional Openness And Innovation

40 years since the reform and opening up,along with further deepening globalization and the implementation of the strategy of "One Belt And One Road in China,many cities in our country is faced with new open opportunities for development,at the same time accompanied by building an innovation system as an important measure to speed up the construction of an innovative country and to build a comprehensive open an important content of new pattern,which will open in to the important position of the driving regional development and innovation,and whether the two coordinated development plays a key role to the development of the whole area.Therefore,in order to study the coordinated development between regional openness and innovation,this paper selected 13 representative cities in the aspect of openness and innovation,and analyzed the coupled coordinated development of openness and innovation of these 13 cities with the help of the coupling theory of physics.Based on the above thinking,this paper constructed the regional opening and innovation coupling coordination degree evaluation index system and model,combining with related data of 13 cities from 2007 to 2017,the first open to the cities,respectively evaluate the comprehensive development level of innovation,on the basis of the calculation of the two coupling coordination degree,the change rule and development characteristics are analyzed and summarized,and analyzes the influence factors of coupling coordination degree,finally based on the relative level of development of urban open and innovation,further measure the response sensitivity of regional innovation system of open system to supplement.The research found that:on the whole,although each region has achieved a high degree of coupling,indicating that the interaction between openness and innovation is strong,but the development of coupling coordination degree is significantly different,not all regions of openness and innovation show a benign and orderly interaction;In the process of development,most of the coupling coordination degree of each region presents synchronous development or innovative leading development stage,but less open leading development stage.After entering a new stage,the coupling degree of coordination between openness and innovation in most cities will face a long platform period.It is difficult to achieve a higher degree of coordination due to the slow development speed of openness and innovation or the asynchronous development of the two.The response sensitivity of each city's innovation system to the open system is positive or negative,which indicates that the promotion effect of openness on innovation in some regions is positive or negative.
