Based on the leadership-member exchange theory and authorization model, this paper describes a mechanism model on how leadership-member exchange affect employees' voice behaviors.By collecting and analyzing 212 samples data,we find leadership-member exchange has a significantly positive correlation with voice behavior.Further, using the methods of inspecting mediating effect and moderating effect proposed by Wen Zhoulin to process collected data,we receive that leadership-member exchange influences voice behavior fully through psychological empowerment. That is,psychological empowerment plays a completely mediating role in the relation between leadership-member exchange and voice behavior;power distance moderates the relationship between leadership-member exchange and voice behavior. Finally,we propose that future research can focus on the following topics:1)combined with the features of employees and organization environment, future search should examine how leaders respond to voice;2)because leaders' responses to voice behaviors can affect employees' subsequent attitudes and behaviors, future search should view voice behaviors as a accumulated process to study;3)future research should explore how a voice climate is developed and how it affects employee voice behaviors.
