Although Chinese flower consumption ranks among the highest in the world,the consumption of flowers in China is less than 4 per year.Therefore,the flower market is also considered as the most promising "blue ocean" market by many domestic enterprises.Since 2015,flower planting enterprises have begun to show explosive growth in this field,and H company,the object of this paper,was established in this context.This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of how to develop an appropriate competitive strategy in the era of mass innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the formulation and implementation of the strategy,the company can get the business objectives,win the market in the fierce business environment and achieve long-term development.Under the background of the current market competition is intense,this paper chooses reasonable through theoretical analysis H company,strategic management tool for H company faced by enterprises a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment,according to the analysis conclusion and the combination of enterprise strategic goals,find the competitive strategy of enterprise development.As the research object and use the external environment analysis tool to conduct a detailed dissection of the macro environment of the enterprise from the four aspects of political and legal,economic,technical and social and cultural.Porter's five forces model is used in the analysis of the enterprise's industrial environment,and the enterprise's external environment is studied.When analyzing the internal environment of H company,it systematically analyzed various opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the company by using the two methods.they are resources and capability analysis and SWOT analysis.This paper systematically expounds the matching problem of the three basic competitive strategies of H company when they are applied to the company,and briefly explains the advantages and disadvantages of the three strategies.Combining the characteristics and the current business situation to develop a suitable H company competitive strategy.After integrating the development goals of the enterprise and the matching of various factors,H company chose the differentiation strategy.Flowers for H company to product and service differentiation,then in the enterprise competition strategy implementation stage put forward the corresponding plan,to organize the of differentiation competitive strategy was clarified issues need to be aware of,further enhance H company the implementation of differentiation competitive strategy,to improve the enterprise human resources development,maintaining the channel relationship and information construction to provide the help.In theory,it lays a foundation for the implementation of differentiation competition strategy of H flower company,and at the same time,it also provides effective ideas for the sustainable development and growth of H company.
