Since the reform and opening up, with China's economic development take off, China's telecommunications industry has made rapid development. China Telecom Goes to leap in the process, to meet the political and economic situation in the telecommunications industry has implemented a corporate restructuring reform three times, set up the reform of China Unicom, and played a significant role in promoting. However, due to various reasons, China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom and other operators in the competitive strength of several quite different areas, telecommunications competition in recent years become increasingly prominent imbalance, telecommunications reform is urgently needed. May 20,2008, three ministries jointly issued a circular deepening telecom reform, opened a new round of telecom reorganization of the regiment.
