| In the existing literature,IT infrastructure has a large positive impact on the organization, and it has become an important factor affecting the development of the organization. However, the existing literature research on the impact of IT infrastructure on innovation is mainly at the organizational level, and there is little research on the impact of IT infrastructure on innovation behavior of employees from the individual level. These two levels are not independent of each other, but have certain internal connections. Therefore, this paper believes that the IT infrastructure can not only improve the innovation performance of the organization but also improve the innovation behavior of employees in the workplace.By using data collected from 441 full-time employees, this paper investigated the effect of IT infrastructure on the innovation behavior of employees, based on the theory of planned behavior. This paper examined the mediating effects of learning demands and knowledge sharing.Morever, based on society exchange theory, this paper examined the continuous mediating effect of learning requirements and knowledge sharing on that IT infrastructure affecting employees’ innovation behavior. The following research conclusions were obtained:(1)The IT infrastructure is positively related to the innovation behavior of employees, that is,the higher the organizational IT infrastructure, the easier it is for employees to generate innovation behavior.(2)Learning requires an intermediary role between the IT infrastructure and the innovation behavior of employees. That is to say,the IT infrastructure has a significant predictive effect on individual innovations through the intermediary of learning requirements.(3)Knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between IT infrastructure and innovation behavior of employees. That is to say,the IT infrastructure has a significant predictive effect on innovation behavior of employees through the intermediary of knowledge sharing.(4)Learning requirements and knowledge sharing play a continuous intermediary role in the relationship between IT infrastructure and innovation behavior of employees. That is,the IT infrastructure can affect the learning requirements, which in turn affects knowledge sharing and ultimately affects innovation behavior of employees.(5)In the multiple mediation model of IT innovation affecting innovation behavior of employees, the individual mediation effect of learning requirements is greater than the individual mediation effect of knowledge sharing. The individual mediating effects of learning requirements and knowledge sharing are greater than the continuous mediating effects of learning requirements and knowledge sharing. |
