With the development of shared economy,the resource utilization efficiency have been improved,and the knowledge,as the most unique resource of individuals and businesses,is necessary to share and transfer to meet the needs of the organization to grow and develop.This is the source of the group and individual progress,but also the inevitable requirement of the development for the future.However,this kind of knowledge sharing and transfer is not without a price.It is also a kind of special psychological and behavioral performance,which is been called knowledge territorial behavior.The knowledge territorial behavior,individual knowledge combined with territorial consciousness,caused by the knowledge of the territorial behavior,knowledge sharing and transfer within the organization,personal innovation and other aspects of the research provides a new starting point.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper makes a combing of the connotation and structure of knowledge territorial behavior,constructing its two-dimensional structure as mark behavior and defense behavior.On the basis of this,combining with the research status of knowledge sharing and personal innovation,the theoretical deduction of the relationship between knowledge territorial behavior and personal innovation is introduced,and the intermediary variable of knowledge sharing is introduced.A complete model is constructed and the corresponding hypothesis is put forward.Meanwhile,this paper has conducted a preliminary discussion about the mechanism of knowledge territorial behavior,knowledge sharing and personal innovation.This study used sophisticated domestic and international scale,combined with China's cultural background to research,analysis and revises the pre-test,draw formal research questionnaire.Then,the SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the mathematical statistics.Firstly,this paper is using of reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the questionnaire.Secondly,independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance were used to verify the difference of demographic variables.Thirdly,this paper makes a bivariate correlation analysis on knowledge territorial behavior,knowledge sharing and personal innovation.At the same time,according to the results of regression analysis,it is proved that knowledge territorial behavior has significant influence on knowledge sharing and individual innovation.Knowledge sharing and itsdimensions have significant ability to predict individual innovation,and knowledge sharing plays a role of partial mediation.Finally,this study validates the assumptions which is put forward before,comes up with some bold suggestions for the innovation of enterprise management practice,and analyzes the shortcomings of this research,hoping to provide inspiration for future research.This study combs the research progress of organizational behavior in knowledge territorial behavior,confirms the existence of knowledge territorial behavior,establishes its different effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior according to its two-dimensional division,and revises and perfects foreign scale to facilitate the follow-up study.In addition,the paper discusses the influence factors of individual innovation from the new perspective of knowledge territorial behavior,and analyzes the mediating role of knowledge sharing,which is conducive to the overall development of innovation strategy and practice.
