Based on the user side of Didi Chuxing Taxi APP,this dissertation reviews relevant theories and research literature at home and abroad,extracts and analyzes the influencing factors of Didi Chuxing Taxi APP loyalty,then construct the loyalty evaluation index model of Didi Chuxing Taxi APP loyalty.This paper considers that the first-level indicators for evaluating the loyalty of Didi Chuxing Taxi APP include:User trust and user satisfaction.The second-level indicators for evaluating the loyalty of taxi app users include:network technology,brand image and network security;service quality,convenience and timeliness.The design questionnaire summarizes the evaluation data of the software platform users.The calculation method of the customer satisfaction index model(CSI)is used to calculate the variable index.Combining the factor load results of each variable.Finally,the numerical result of the user loyalty and other influencing factors are calculated.The current user loyalty conclusion of Didi Chuxing Taxi APP is "consent".In other words,the user is loyal to the use of the taxi software,and the loyalty is at the sixth level.Under this conclusion,provided a theoretical and practical reference for the users of Didi taxi APP operators to scientifically and effectively mine users and improve user loyalty.
