In recent years,the concept of “Internet+” has accelerated the development of China's Internet companies.However,the large amount of funds required by such enterprises has led to an increase in corporate financing,and the difficulty in balancing high risks and high returns has often led investors to fall into the trap.Dilemma.In this environment,the "shared" business model and the "Internet" have combined to break the dilemma of this dilemma,and brought unprecedented opportunities and extraordinary influence on the operation and financing of enterprises.The sharing economy is currently in a state of rapid development.It not only profoundly changes the daily needs of people in terms of food,clothing and housing,but also affects our current political,economic,cultural and social mechanisms.Under this circumstance,Internet companies need to use the “ East Wind” of the sharing economy to seek a diversified financing model,get out of the “difficulty of financing” dilemma,and allow many companies involved in the Internet to change their methods of financing,and find suitable financing models for themselves..This article takes the typical example of representative enterprises Didi chuxing of China's sharing economy as an example,and discusses its financing access channels and “money-burning” sources of funding.It intends to explore the most suitable financing model for such enterprises in the context of the sharing economy.Become a template forother companies of the same type to facilitate their financing.In the research process,literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis methods were used to conduct in-depth analysis of the financing model of Internet companies in the shared economy environment.First,the background and significance of the topic,the general situation at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods of the article are put forward.Secondly,through the analysis of the financing model of the case company Didi chuxing,the detailed introduction of the use of financing funds in the company's development cycle,and thus in-depth analysis of the use of Internet companies financing mode under the sharing economy.At the same time,on the basis of this research,we analyzed the results of the financing of Didi chuxing.Finally,this paper analyzes the different types of Didi chuxing in the financing process,points out the problems of the Didi chuxing in the financing process,and proposes a constructive approach.In the end,this paper gives opinions and suggestions on how to improve the financing of Internet companies in the development process.
