Research On The Degree Of Production Safety Of An Aerospace Enterprise

It is very important that the production of aerospace products manufacturers is in safe state with the rapid development of the aerospace industry.Based on the key scientific research topic of a research institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited,this study is aimed at finding a regulatory tool that can quantitatively express the advantages and disadvantages of the production safety state of aerospace enterprises.On the basic idea of system safety,aerospace products enterprises,as a whole,are introduced into the concept of degree of production safety.The degree of production safety is a tool to measure the development trend of production safety in enterprises.Production safety value that can indicate the development trend of production safety can be obtained through selection of key indicators that affect the production safety trend of manufacturers,reasonable evaluation and quantification of indicators.The key indicators that affect the production safety state of astronautic enterprises are integrated into the production safety index system of aerospace manufacturers.The system is divided into 6 major level-1 indicators,namely,external influence,personnel,equipment,materials,methods,management and environment.The expert scoring method is adopted to empower the indicators,and the actual enterprises data is obtained by using semi-quantitative safety inspection method.The gap between the enterprise state and the theoretical perfect state is calculated through grey correlation analysis,and the production safety value is obtained accordingly.Multidimensional analysis and visual display are eventually conducted on the above data,to provide a scientific reference and effective quantitative auxiliary tool for all levels of supervision of aerospace enterprises.The following three major problems of aerospace enterprises are solved by this tool to some extent: 1.the effective evaluation of production safety level of enterprises;2.the development trend of enterprise production safety obtained by the horizontal and vertical comparison of production safety values;3.reasonable tools provided for all levels of departments of aerospace enterprises to find out the weak link of production safety.
