The Priority Growth Law Of Production Materials Under The Background Of New Science And Technology Revolution

The continuous development of science and technology has promoted the human society from agricultural civilization to industrial civilization,greatly liberating social productive forces and promoting the continuation and development of human civilization.In recent years,a new technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and big data has swept the world on the basis of the digital revolution,which has had a tremendous impact on human production and life.Compared with the previous technological revolutions,the revolution has three characteristics: multi-disciplinary cross-border integration;new economic formats,production organization;high-quality,multi-skilled labor demand.Developed countries have successively proposed policy measures such as “re-industrialization” and “Industry 4.0”.In this era,we have put forward new requirements on how to correctly view the law of priority growth of production materials and how to give it a new era connotation.Based on this,this paper firstly sorted out the logic system of the priority growth of production data,and analyzed the preconditions and stability of the priority growth law of production data by mathematical method.The study found that the continuous improvement of the organic composition of capital is an important prerequisite for the priority growth of production materials.In addition,in the long run,the economic development of the two sectors shows a balanced growth trend.Therefore,this paper next proposed a new change in the priority growth pattern of production materials under the background of the new scientific and technological revolution.It focused on the two-way influence of technological progress on the organic composition of capital-the mechanism of influence on constant capital and variable capital,and then pointed out the new performance of the priority growth law of production materials.Finally,using the input-output summary table,referring to Xu Chunhua and Zhang Zhongren's treatment methods,the development models of two-class were constructed.Through the World Input-Output Database(WIOD),the paper analyzed the status quo of China's two types of economic development from 1995 to 2014,and conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis on the actual performance of the priority pattern of production data in China.Studies have shown that scientific and technological progress has promoted the organic composition of capital,which in turn has generated a large amount of new production materials.Both the organic composition of the average capital in society and the organic composition of capital in the first or second category are reflected.However,the organic composition of capital is not monotonously rising,but exhibits cyclical fluctuations,making the role of the preferential growth law of production data manifested in the era.Therefore,from a long-term perspective,the priority pattern of production data plays a different role in different economic development periods,and it must be consistent with the technical conditions,market structure and industrial characteristics at that time.Under the new technological revolution,the core role of technology has become more prominent,creating new formats,new models and new kinetic energy.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically grasp the law of priority growth of production materials.To this end,this paper suggests that,first,we must rationally promote the priority development of the production materials department,and provide necessary support for the further development of the production data department and the consumer data department.Second,we must grasp historical opportunities and promote the highquality development of the industrial system.Accelerating the internal intelligence and informationization of the production sector,encouraging the development of high-tech industries and productive service industries,adjust the industrial structure,and optimize the industrial layout.Third,we must pay attention to the needs of people's livelihood,improve the supply structure,and cultivate the domestic market.Fourth,we must establish and improve the talent education mechanism and cultivate high-quality and multi-skilled personnel.
