A Study On Social Responsibility Accounting Information Disclosure Of KM Corporate

In recent years,real estate security accidents,poor housing quality,and difficulties in defending rights of owners have been commonplace.People demand that real estate companies actively fulfill their social responsibilities,and the word social responsibility has also been pushed to the forefront.As a basic and pillar industry in China,the real estate industry has made an indelible and outstanding contribution to China's economic development.In fact,most companies have realized that social responsibility plays an important role in their sustainable development.However due to the inconsistency between ideas and actions,many companies have harmed other stakeholders in pursuit of maximizing economic profits and pursuing immediate short-term benefits.The interests that affect the harmonious development of society are also not conducive to their long-term development.This paper takes the benchmarking company of social information responsibility disclosure in China's real estate industry as the case object,adopts the methods of literature research,description analysis and case study.The purpose is to analyze the social responsibility information disclosure of benchmark real estate listed companies.According to its problems,we can identify the main influencing factors and propose improvement suggestions applicable to the disclosure of social responsibility information in the real estate industry in China.In this way,we can provide reference experience for other real estate companies to disclose social responsibility in the future.
