Development Of Economy Of Independent Kazakhstan(1991-2017)

The thesis deals with the period of development of the economy of Kazakhstan from the day of obtaining the status of "Independent Kazakhstan",and its socioeconomic transformation in the period from 1991-2017 years,strategic directions and mechanisms for sustainable and balanced development of the economy of Kazakhstan in the post crisis period have also made an analysis of the pros and cons of the programs and reforms that were adopted by the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and government of Kazakhstan on improving the economic condition of Kazakhstan,and how it all influenced the modern stage of development of the economy.In the final chapter the external economic initiatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a basis of economic interaction and partnership,and the main priorities of the external economic strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered.Significance of research:(1)The relevance of this work consists in need more stoutly to consider features of a becoming of the market relations and development of innovative economy because the economic sphere acts as economic space in which all economic life of the country will be organized,interaction of all branches of economy and also the international economic cooperation is carried out.In the economic sphere,all objective and subjective factors of economic development interact.The importance of this sphere for the development of society is fundamental.(2)the Ideas,points of view,methods and options for the development of the economic path proposed in this paper will provide theoretical evidence for further study and solution of this issue,taking into account the mistakes that have been seen in certain reforms,as well as have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the economic condition of Kazakhstan at the present stage of development.(3)As an object of research an attempt to study problems and prospects and also interaction of all objective and subjective factors of development of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is made.Research methods.The methodological and theoretical basis of the thesis is made by consideration of the foreign trade and external economic relations of Kazakhstan with the countries of Asia,the analysis of efficiency of import and export of the country,abstraction of the reforms accepted in the country from the date of adoption of independence and their influence on the present stage of development of national economy.The representativeness and reliability of results of a research were provided with use of such methods as the analysis of historical events of the country and the comparative analysis of positive and negative factors of economic development.A chronological framework of a research covers the period from independence finding by Kazakhstan so far characterizing dynamic changes in innovative economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Research innovation and deficiencies.Possible innovations.This article begins with a review of the main stages,features and trends in the formation and development of the economy of independent Kazakhstan,the analysis of Kazakhstan’s model of mixed economy,and the formation of the financial and credit system of Kazakhstan,as well as the impact of reforms and political and economic cooperation of Kazakhstan with other countries.This finds unfavorable factors and problems existing in the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan,and helps to take into account the mistakes made on the experience that can become the main Foundation for a more successful promotion of Kazakhstan in the world community at a later stage.At last,on the basis of results of the carried-out analysis it is offered to optimize modernization of the real sector of the Kazakhstan economy industrial restructuring acquisition of the best practices and technologies.There may be small errors in the analysis data I have provided,however,it is limited by the comprehensive ability of my English to use it,and if there are errors in my article,please correct me!The purpose of this work is to determine the problems and prospects of the economy of Kazakhstan since independence and in the modern period.Based on the purpose,the objectives of this thesis are:· Describe the Kazakhstan model of the mixed economy;· To consider becoming the financial and credit system of Kazakhstan;· Explore a new concept of regional development in Independent Kazakhstan;· Show the transformation of the national economy management system;· Analyze the development of the national innovation system of Kazakhstan;· Give the characteristic of social policy in the period of market reforms;· To consider foreign-economic initiatives of the Republic of KazakhstanThe object of study in this work is the very economic sphere of modern Kazakh society since the formation of market relations to the present day.As a subject of research,an attempt is made to study the problems and prospects,as well as the interaction of all objective and subjective factors of economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
