Impact Of Land Consolidation On Farmland Ecosystem Services

Land consolidation is a means of changing the conditions of farmland use by the government.Through the increase of the amount of farmland and the improvement of the quality of farmland,the contradiction between people and land and food security are solved.Farmland ecosystems are artificial ecosystems that provide agricultural and sideline products for humans.With the development of social economy,the demand for farmland ecosystems has been expanding.It not only provides food production,but also provides environmental,ecological and cultural services.In the past 20 years,China's urbanization level has been continuously improved,which has exerted tremendous pressure on regional farmland ecosystems.Land consolidation will help improve farmland ecosystem services and respond to the eco-environmental effects of rapid urbanization.However,previous research focused on the maintenance of farmland quantity,quality improvement and policy effects,and paid little attention to the impact of land consolidation on farmland ecosystem services and its adaptive mechanism,which has a balance between supply and demand for promoting farmland ecosystem services in fast urbanized areas.Significance.This paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research object,based on land consolidation projects,agricultural production data and other data,using spatial analysis,statistical analysis,mathematical models,experimental analysis and other methods.We studied the spatial distribution characteristics of land consolidation in Jiangsu Province,quantitative evaluated the value of six kinds of services such as food supply,atmospheric regulation,purification environment,social security,cultural leisure and fertilizer pollution in farmland ecosystems in Jiangsu Province,and analyzed their spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,analyzed the impact of land consolidation on farmland ecosystem services in Jiangsu Province,and discussed the regulation mechanism of land consolidation on farmland ecosystem services.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the 15 years of land consolidation in Jiangsu Province,the spatial distribution is in the northwest-southeast direction,and the whole is offset to the north.Among them,the total construction scale,the number of newly farmland and the new farmland rate are concentrated in Suzhong and North Jiangsu,and the high value of investment funds per unit area is concentrated in southern Jiangsu.(2)The total value of farmland ecosystem services in Jiangsu Province increased by 34.89% from 2000 to 2015,mainly due to the increase in food supply,atmospheric regulation and cultural leisure value.At the same time,the value of social security services decreased by 10.301 billion yuan.In addition to cultural leisure services,the spatial distribution of the remaining farmland ecosystem services is decreasing from north to south.(3)Land consolidation has a direct impact on the change of total value of farmland ecosystems and changes in the value of food supply services,and has an indirect impact on the value of other services.(4)From the mathematical relationship model of the impact of land consolidation on farmland ecosystem services,the degree of impact of land consolidation on the food supply service and total value of farmland ecosystems has a similar spatial distribution,showing the impact on southern Jiangsu.The degree is significantly lower than that in the northern part of Jiangsu.(5)The regulation of farmland ecosystem services can be achieved by changing the functions of farmland ecosystems.Among them,land consolidation changes landscape pattern and soil and water elements are the most direct regulation process of land consolidation affecting farmland ecosystem services.
