Zero Transaction Cost of rural land expropriation in urbanization of China, which is caused by the strong and forceful investment impulsion of local government, is the chief reason of rapid urbanization of China. Urbanization of Zero Transaction Cost is one of the special phenomena, which have accelerated the progress of Chinese Urbanization, in the transforming period of Chinese Urbanization. The fact that Zero Transaction Cost accelerates the urbanization of China is bounded to follow the principle that the interior growth capability of the city must be available via the comparing research and study of the urbanization model in Wenzhou, Suzhou and Quanzhou.
