In the order-type production system,it meets the requirements of multi-variety,small-batch,multi-batch,random order,shortens the production cycle,delivers the quantity and price according to the qualified quality and price,and becomes the enterprise that implements the order-based production to win the customer order.Currently,traditional production planning and control methods,such as manufacturing resource planning(MRPII)and just-in-time production(JIT),have different advantages,but they cannot meet the high requirements of order-based production.The DBR production planning and control method based on the constraint theory provides a new production mode.On the basis of the system bottleneck as the breakthrough point,the system production balance is ensured,and the maximum output of the system is sought.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the order-based production system,the DBR control mode and the order-to-production scheduling optimization strategy for the order-based production system are given for the system-constrained resources.From system bottleneck identification,customer order decomposition,buffer size determination and management to bottleneck process and non-bottleneck process production planning,the process provides a simple and effective way for the practical application of DBR control mode.Firstly,the system studies of the constraint theory and the DBR production system,then gives the DBR control mode for the order-based production system for the system constraint resources.Secondly,based on the system research constraint theory,the bottleneck resource is taken as the breakthrough point.Optimize the ordering of customer orders.According to the uncertainty of customer orders,an order scheduling optimization strategy based on constraint theory is established.The order sorting process before production is combined with the production process.In the process of order sorting,the maximum output of the system is considered as the overall goal.Based on the constraint theory of order scheduling optimization strategy,the criteria and methods for decomposing customer orders into virtual orders are given.Under the influence of uncertain factors such as customer order uncertainty,equipment resource failure rate and maintenance rate,The definition of time and inventory buffer control mechanism,the influencing factors,the determination of buffer size and the model of buffer control mechanism are analyzed,and the evaluation criteria of inventory and time buffer control mechanism are given.Finally,using Arena software to simulate a sprocket production system,apply the order-sorting optimization strategy based on the constraint theory and the DBR production control mode to the actual case,and carry out research through simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the solution.
