Research On Development Strategy Of Harbin Railway Construction Engineering Company

With the steady growth of the national economy and the increasing proportion of national investment in infrastructure,the construction industry as the pillar industry of the national economy ushered in a golden period of development.Under this background,a large number of excellent construction enterprise groups emerged in China.Through the choice of domestic and international markets,they emerged in the fierce market competition.Under the current development background,the market scale of China's large-scale railway construction enterprises is gradually growing,the comprehensive strength of enterprises is improving year by year,which is mainly attributed to China's increased investment in infrastructure construction,especially in railway construction in recent years.However,due to the over-exploitation of the railway construction market,the peak construction period of the construction market has become history,which leads to the reduction of investment in railway construction funds.Therefore,it will directly affect the development of a series of related industries.How to scientifically select and formulate development strategies suitable for our engineering and construction enterprises,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises,has become the most urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Harbin Railway Construction Engineering Company(hereinafter referred to as "Harbin Railway Construction")is one of the most competitive construction enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.Through consulting the relevant literature of strategic management theory at home and abroad,this paper studies the operation status of "Harbin Railway Construction" and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of "Harbin Railway Construction" by analyzing the company's resources and capabilities.Using PEST,SWOT and Porter's "Five Forces" model and other strategic tools to analyze the current internal and external environment of the enterprise,summed up the "Harbin Railway Construction" opportunities and threats.On this basis,the SWOT analysis method is used to select the suitable strategic method for the development of enterprises,determine the development route of enterprises,and elaborate the strategy implementation plan.The strategy implementation guarantee system is formulated from the aspects of human resources system,enterprise culture,organizational structure,financial regulations,etc.to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.According to the research,it is found that "Harbin Railway Construction" is the most suitable growth strategy.The conclusions of this paper can be used for reference for the development of construction industry and the strategic management problems of large and medium-sized construction enterprises in some places.
